- Do you provide lunch and snacks?
No. The parents are responsible for supplying the snacks and lunch.
- Do you have class schedules?
Yes. A schedule is posted in each classroom, and given to parents upon enrollment and when child changes classes.
- Do you have to be a member of Revealing Ministries in order to enroll your child?
No. our Academy is open to the public.
- What are the school hours?
The preschool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Do you use a curriculum?
Yes. We utilize the A Beka Book Curriculum beginning at age two.
The curriculum covers Bible lessons, numbers, colors, and letters of the alphabet, phonics and readers that are age appropriate.
We have also incorporated the “Wee Learn” curriculum, which is a center-based curriculum.
- What is your policy on dispensing medication?
We do not dispense medication. We will give a nebulizer treatment if necessary. The parent would need to complete a Medication Form stating the times and dosage of the treatment. Parents are encouraged to dispense medication when they drop off and pick up their child or come during the day.
- Are your teachers certified?
We follow the county and state requirements for all of our teachers. They must complete the 40 hour training, and also obtain their Child Development Associate (CDA). We encourage and support our teachers to obtain higher learning.
- Are you accredited?
Yes, we received our accreditation in 2004 through the Association of Christian Schools International (A.C.S.I.) a Christian accrediting agency approved by the State of Florida.
- Do you offer part time enrollment?
Part time enrollment is offered in the Nursery and Toddler classes only.
